Kelly Zauber, founder of Builder Flow
The founder

20+ years on the job site, then a year building homes on purpose

I am Kelly Zauber. For more than 20 years I have been on custom home builders job sites, running low-voltage and audio-video work inside the homes they build. I know how builders actually win work, how a bid becomes a project, and how much of it still runs on reputation and referral.

To understand the business from the inside, I spent a year building homes on purpose. Not to become a builder, but to learn the pressures, the timelines, and the way clients really choose who they trust with the biggest purchase of their lives.

I also learned marketing the hard way. My own business went effectively invisible online, and I had to figure out how to come back: how Google decides who shows up, how reviews and profiles feed the results, and now how AI search picks who to name. What I learned rebuilding my own presence is what Builder Flow does for builders.

Why builders only

Why Builder Flow serves builders and no one else

A marketing company that serves everyone speaks to no one. Builder Flow serves residential custom home builders only, the ones building 2 to 15 million dollar homes and up, owner-operated and growth-minded. That focus means the strategy, the content, and the advice are built around how builders get found and chosen, not a generic playbook stretched to fit. When you have spent 20 years on job sites, that is the audience you can actually serve better than anyone.

How I work
